Stayed in a charming building dating from 1905, great for hiking and cycling. Enjoyed the terrace and free WiFi. I even got offered towels, fancy that!
Oh, such a shame that Leeds Town Hall is a whopping 43 km away. I was really hoping for a quick visit.

The location was mind-blowing! Walking distance to everything - restaurants, castle, train station. The neighborhood was super comfortable and quiet. The house was jaw-droppingly immaculate! Comfy bed, great washer/dryer. Milk and biscuits for tea were a pleasant surprise. The owner was always accessible and super helpful.

This place was a great value for the money. The room was clean and cozy, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff treated us like family and were always willing to help.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety in the items offered.

The room at Craven Vue - Skipton was cozy and inviting. It had everything I needed, including a bathroom with a shower. I felt right at home and had a great night's sleep.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the wallpaper in the room. But hey, to each their own!

The house was nicely furnished, very clean, and in excellent condition. the kitchen was outfitted very well with dishes. Loved having the washer & dryer, as well as the drying rack to finish off clothes drying. the shower was wonderful and having a bathtub in addition was a bonus. the house was back a little way from the main part of town, but the location was quiet and an easy walking distance to the canal, rail station, buses, etc.
Felt quite safe, no complaints.

Stayed at Craven Vue for a weekend getaway. The house is beautifully refurbished, with a charming character. Only a short stroll to the town center, it was conveniently located. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well-equipped, and the rest of the rooms had a lovely traditional style. The utility area with washer and dryer was handy. Everything was immaculately clean, and parking was always available on the road outside.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel. The traditional furnishings and character of the rooms made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I especially appreciated how easily accessible the hotel was. The location was just a short walk to the town center, making it convenient for me to explore the shops and cafes without having to travel far. The hotel's attention to detail in providing amenities such as free WiFi and a flat-screen TV also ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the hotel's decoration, general areas, and accessibility for senior people made it a delightful place to stay.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the staff. Sometimes, as an older guest, it would have been helpful to have someone readily available to help with certain tasks or provide information without having to seek them out.

We were so close to the sick hiking trails. We climbed those mountains like bosses, taking dope pics for the gram. And then we hit up the Royal Hall Theatre, where the vibe was unreal. The performances were next level and we were partying like crazy. Best vacay ever!
But tbh, we wished there were more options for parties and clubbing in Skipton. Don't get me wrong, the hiking and theatre were epic, but as young party animals, we wanted to turn up and dance our hearts out.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and soft color palette created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The common areas were also very well maintained and accessible for senior guests like myself. It was easy to navigate around the hotel, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas where I could relax and socialize with other guests.
The only thing I would ask for is a wider variety of activities specifically tailored for senior guests. While the hotel was lovely and accommodating, it would have been nice to have some organized events or outings that catered to our interests and abilities.
